Spend a weekend in July working on your lifting with Olympians Cheryl Haworth and Carissa Gordon-Gump! We will have six to seven lifting sessions over the two days, plus additional sessions for mobility, return to sport after injury, and sports psychology (the extra sessions are subject to change). Michael McKenna, USAW Lead Instructor and National Level Coach (2016 Olympic Trainer Center Master Camp Coach) will also coach and coordinate the camp.

The camp will be at McKenna’s Gym in Highland Park, NJ and begin at 8 am Saturday with the last session ending about 3 pm Sunday. The gym is located within a half mile of the NJ Transit/ Amtrak Station in New Brunswick, NJ, and there are two hotels within a mile of the gym.
