Each Wednesday night from 7 pm to 8 pm, get a one hour basic strength training class. You’ll learn the basics of strength training from an experienced trainer and coach. in a private environment with other athletes who are also new to strength training. This group is for ages 16 and up. If you’re under 18, we will need to meet with your parent before you begin.
