Membership Types

Cardio Only:  $15/ Month (use of Cardio Machines only)

Class Membership: Unlimited Classes $40/ month PLUS Cardio Benefits

Individualized Programming:  $125/ Month; Meet with a Coach to discuss your goals for fitness, strength sports, or sports performance and develop an individualized program to meet those goals.  Includes Class and Cardio Membership benefits. Discounts at this level are available for Students, First Responders, Active Duty Military, Teachers, and Veterans.  

 

 

 

We offer several levels of Membership, culminating in our individualized programming for fitness, strength sports, and sports performance.

$80 — 5 days, Expires in Five Months

Group Classes

Strength & Fitness Boot Camp and Kids' Classe

We offer two Youth Fitness classes on Saturday Mornings at 8:00 am (for 9-12 year olds) and 9:00 am (for 5-8 year olds).  These classes teach balance, coordination, and receive instructions in movement patterns, running, tumbling, jumping, and basic strength activities, emphasizing enjoyment through physical activity.
