Starbase McKenna is the gym, the gathering place for training, education, and team building. Located in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania, just across the Maryland Border, we're within driving distance of Baltimore, York, Lancaster, Wilmington, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, and an easy day trip from New York City and Virginia. At some point, all our remote clients will train or learn here. We host about four seminars a year along with four weightlifting meets and multiple other community events.
