Weightlifting Team
Weightlifting team practice focuses on you becoming a successful competitive weightlifter. We focus on the technique and strength needed for weightlifting as well as the psychological preparations needed for competitive success.
Sports Performance
Sports Performance is for people who want to improve in their sport through strength and conditioning. We have a proven plan for athlete development and we’ll give you individual modifications based on your individual needs.
One on One Training/ Technique Session
Personal training sessions with a Coach. We will focus specifically on you and your needs with the highest attention to detail and individualization. Sessions may be held throughout the day, including during our closed hours. Appointment only. $150/ session, sessions last 45-75 minutes.
On-Ramp
$189 On-Ramp — Four personalized sessions with a coach to learn the very basics of movements and strength training. This is required for people who have not done barbell training before. Start over, start right. In preparation for personalized programming or joining the weightlifting team, receive a personalized assessment of posture, mobility and flexibility to determine individual needs for strengthening and injury prevention.
Respecting Personal Practice
Our community in Highland Park is diverse, and we respect that many of you may prefer a workout time with modest dress or a female coach. Please contact us and we’ll discuss how we can facilitate your needs.
