Strength & Fitness Boot Camp

Kids' Fitness 

We offer two Youth Fitness classes on Saturday Mornings at 8:00 am (for 9-12 year olds) and 9:00 am (for 5-8 year olds).  These classes teach balance, coordination, and receive instructions in movement patterns, running, tumbling, jumping, and basic strength activities, emphasizing enjoyment through physical activity.
