Designed for Middle- and High-School aged students, this 4-day camp will teach the fundamentals of good strength and conditioning:

  • Posture

  • Hip strength, endurance, and mobility

  • Joint stability

  • Upper back strength and endurance 

  • Core strength and endurance

Four weeks offered this summer:

June 10-15: 10:15-11:30 am OR 6:15-7:30 pm

June 17-21: 10:15-11:30 am OR 6:15-7:30 pm

July 15-19: 10:15-11:30 am OR 6:15-7:30 pm

August 12-16: 10:15-11:30 am OR 6:15-7:30 pm

Camp weeks $60 each per week per student; discount for multiple weeks and multi-student households.
