Strength & Fitness  & Boot Camp

45 minutes a day. Choose two or three times a week. Commit to healthier living. Weekdays.

Choose the days and times that works for you:
7 - 7:45 am Mon, Wed, & Fri
8-8:45 am Mon-Fri
9:15 - 10:00 am Tues & Thurs
7 pm Mondays & Thursdays

Build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you do simple whole-body movements. Gain energy, balance and body control guided by individual attention instruction. Perfect for a group of friends to make a commitment to health together! Scaled pricing: the more you come, the more you save!

2x/week: $50 per month

3x/week: $75 per month

Unlimited classes: $150 per month

Drop-in fee: $10/class

Note: 5 day/week, 4-week Boot Camp, $150/month

Pay in person at the gym. We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Cash.

Kids Fitness

8 am Saturdays Ages 9-12

9 am Saturdays Ages 4-8

Build balance, coordination and strength through fun and games! Emphasis on sportsmanship, positive attitude and healthy body image. Open to all kids grades K-6 with a parent or guardian's permission. 

$10/ class/ per child. 

Core Strength & Fitness - by Appt

Elementary & Middle School Summer Camp

June 11-15, 2018

90 minutes of fun & fitness! Build your strength, coordination, and confidence in a non-competitive, positive atmosphere.

Monday - Friday, Choose your time:

10-11:30 am or 5-6:30 pm

Youth Sports Performance
