4-Week Morning Boot Camp

45 minutes a day for four weeks. Take one session or all three! Weekdays.

Choose the time that works for you:
6 - 6:45 am
7 - 7:45 am
8 - 8:45 am
9:15 - 10:00 am

Build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you do simple whole-body movements. Gain energy, balance and body control. Perfect for a group of friends to make a commitment to health together! 

Session I: April 23-May 17

Session II: May 29 - June 21

Session III: July 30 - August 24

$150/Session

Early bird special: register by April 20 and pay only $110/Session

Kids Fitness

8 am Saturdays Ages 9-12

9 am Saturdays Ages 4-8

Build balance, coordination and strength through fun and games! Emphasis on sportsmanship, positive attitude and healthy body image. Open to all kids grades K-6 with a parent or guardian's permission. 

$10/ class/ per child. 

Core Strength & Fitness - by Appt

7 pm Mondays & Thursdays, 1 hour

Elementary & Middle School Summer Camp

90 minutes of fun & fitness! Build your strength, coordination, and confidence in a non-competitive, positive atmosphere!

Monday - Friday, Choose your time:

10-11:30 am or 5-6:30 pm

Session I: June 11-15

Session 2: July 9-13

Session 3: July 30 - August 3

Session 4: August 6-10

 

Youth Sports Performance

Young athletes need balance, coordination, core strength, and agility! Build your off-season athlete's confidence in a fun and positive environment. 90 minutes.

Scouts & Team Building
