Open Gym Classes: Strength & Fitness  & Boot Camp

45 minutes a day. Choose two or three times a week. Commit to healthier living. Weekdays.

Come anytime Mon/Wed/Fri 8:30 - 11 am

Come anytime 5:30 - 7:30 Monday & Thursday pm am Mon, Wed, & Fri

Build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you do simple whole-body movements. Gain energy, balance and body control guided by individual attention instruction. Perfect for a group of friends to make a commitment to health together!

2x/week: $50 per month

3x/week: $75 per month

Unlimited classes: $150 per month

Drop-in fee: $10/class

Pay in person at the gym. We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Cash.

Kids Fitness

9 am Saturdays Ages 4-8

10 am Saturdays Ages 9-14

NOTE: Our coaches are currently traveling the world! Next Kids’ Fitness Classes will be on Saturday, November 24!

Build balance, coordination and strength through fun and games! Emphasis on sportsmanship, positive attitude and healthy body image. Open to all kids grades K-8 with a parent or guardian's permission. 

$10/ class/ per child. 

Youth/Beginner Weightlifting

We specialize in Olympic-style weightlifting. Learn from top coaches at South Central PA’s premier weightlifting facility.

Want to try a new, fast growing sport? Want to improve your strength and power for other team sports? Try weightlifting! 75 minutes.

Come once or twice a week depending on your age. Ages 7-9: once/week; Ages 10-15, twice/week. 16 & up, 3 times/week.

Classes available Mondays and Thursdays at 5:15, Saturdays at 11 am. $10/class.
